The Dolphin Lodge is in CAREIRO, 78 kilometers from MANAUS and approximately 3 - hour trip. Our departure times are available at the end of this document.

Basic Chalet:
Room located on dry land, one double bed and one single bed, private bathroom, no hot water, fan, mosquito net and balcony overlooking the river.

Superior Chalet:
Room located on dry land, one double bed and one single bed, private bathroom, no hot water, air conditioning, mosquito net and balcony overlooking the river.

Basic Bungalow:
Room on stilts (lowland forest), one double bed and one single bed, private bathroom, no hot water, fan, mosquito net and balcony overlooking the river.

Superior Bungalow:
Room on stilts (lowland forest), one double bed and one single bed, private bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, mosquito net and balcony overlooking the river.

- The accommodations are simple without luxuries, but comfortable and offer an authentic experience in the middle of the Amazon rainforest.

1st DAY:
08:00 AM - Departure from Manaus (airport or hotel) to the Port of Ceasa.
08:30 AM - Arriving at the Port of Ceasa, transfer by speedboat to the Careiro community, with a short stop at the Meeting of the Waters to take pictures.
09:00 AM - Transfer by kombi or minibus to the Mamorí river. Along the way there is a stop to take pictures of the aquatic plant Waterlily (Vitória Régia).
10:00 AM - Embark on a speedboat with the opportunity to see birds, alligators, and other animals.
10:30 AM - Arrival at the Dolph in Lodge.
12:00 PM - Lunch.
03:00 PM – Canoe trip to discover the area and see dolphins in their natural habitat (without interacting with them).
07:00 PM - Dinner
2nd DAY:
07:00 AM - Breakfast.
08:00 AM - Jungle hike with a local guide, where you will learn more about the wildlife and biodiversity.
12:00 PM - Lunch.
03:00 PM - Piranha fishing.
07:00 PM - Dinner.
08: 20 PM - Cayman spotting and observation of nocturnal animals.
3rd DAY:
05:30 AM - Canoe ride to see the sunrise and birds.
07:00 AM - Breakfast.
08:00 AM - Visit a Caboclo house (local family) to learn about their culture. During this visit, you will also have the opportunity to see an orchidarium. There are many orchids species as cattleyas, galeandra, brassia and others.
12:00 PM - Lunch.
03:00 PM - Canoe ride to see a Sumauma tree, the largest tree species in the Amazon rainforest.
07:00 PM - Dinner.
4th DAY:
07:00 AM - Breakfast.
08:00 AM - Visit the Seringa House (rubber tree house) to see the latex extraction process and its transformation into rubber.
12:00 PM - Lunch.
03:00 PM - The guest can choose between setting up a camp in the jungle and spending the night there, or staying at the hotel and taking a canoe ride in a lake in the afternoon. The camp is made of wood and tarp, with hammocks and mosquito net.
07:00 PM - Dinner.
5th DAY:
07:00 AM - Breakfast.
08:00 AM - Visit a community school to learn more about the local culture or take a canoe trip on Juma lake.
12:00 PM - Lunch.
01:30 PM - Return to Manaus, by the same route, arriving at 04:30 PM

Manaus (airport or hotel).
- Guided tours according to the package booked. Language: Portuguese, English, or Spanish.

Notes:
• There is no transport at night for security reasons.
• It is not allowed to stop at sights, restaurants, and other places during the transfers.
Only the path described in the package will be carried out.

• Please take the minimum luggage possible to facilitate the transfer. It is recommended to bring 10 kilos per person. You can store the excess luggage at the agency in Manaus. No charge of deposit.
• There’s free Wi - Fi available only at the restaurant. There is no phone signal in that area.
• Meal times:
Breakfast: 07:00 AM to 07:40 AM.
Lunch: 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM.
Dinner: 07:00 PM to 08:00 PM.
• Tours are conducted in groups. The maximum of people per guide is 8. The hotel’s capacity is 30 people.
• It is no t possible to swim with dolphins, because they are not domesticated in that region.
• Electricity 24 hours in the rooms (110 volts).
• Flood period: April to August.
• Drought period: September to March.
• The bungalow rooms are over the river only during the river's flood season (April toAugust).
• While visiting a local family, it is recommended to give them a tip or gifts for the children, such as toys and school supplies
